PULL UPS CHALLENGE

Made up my own challenge!   I started practising pullups under my stairs. I don't have an exact goal for reps, but I am trying to do as many as possible. I can do a half pull up now... :)

Most of the day walking and talking in Prague... It was not really an exhausting hike, but it was still a walk, so I am not gonna be so hard on myself and count this day as a Heel Toe Express Challenge :)
