Taking the day off!!!

I guess I should listen to people when they were telling me to start again slowly and easy :D But I jumped right into it with maximum effort and now my whole body hurts like crazy :D Everytime I feel sore after workout it feels gooooood, but this time it is too much, I really need some recovery :D Taking in slowly, okay. Maybe I will do some interval skipping later today, but for now let's just consider saturday as a passive rest day :D
But that doesn't mean that I will be slacking completely! I will use this free day to plan my meals for the week, cause I really need to get 100% with my diet again, starting today!
