Time Challenge
500x Jumprope Highknees
30x Leg Lift, Star Crunch, and Butt Lift
500x Jumprope Jacks (everytime feet touches the ground counts as one, so it is technically 250x Jacks)
25x L + 25x R Side Plank Lift
500x Jumprope Scissors
25x L + 25x R One Leg Bridge, Leg Lift and Toe Touch
My time - 32:20
Got extremely confused after 300th rep of scissors, it was like my brain was not able to control my legs :D
