Part 1 - 16int 5/10 - Highknees + Dropdown - didn't count reps
Part 2 - 30 reps of combo -> Load Sandbag -> Squat -> Throw Sandbag -> Plank + Pushup -> Power Up
My time - 8:48 - FIRST TIME DID ALL PUSHUPS IN PROPER FORM!!!
