Time challenge

My time - 30:50

 

Didn't beat my previous time, BUT did all 50 pushups in proper form! Last time done from knees.

I didn't use jumprope for highknees, because I am not able to count and concentrate on a rope at the same time :D

 

+ 10 minutes of interval skipping 20int 10/20 as a warmup
