Jos made up this workout for herself, and it interested me so I decided to give it a try too, because I really NEED some practise on my upper back!

 

Time Challenge:

50-40-30-20-10 reps of - Reverse PushUps + Knee Raises

 

My time - 22:58!!!

 

I have no idea how could I do it this fast! I am so impressed!!!

It was amazing challenge for upper back, I did 150 Reverse Pushups!!! I think I will be doing this challenge often!
