Warm up: 10 minutes of interval skipping

 

Part 1 - 6int 20/20 - Triple Squat Action

alternating: Sandbag Squat all the way down -> Sandbag Halfsquats -> Sandbag Pulses

 

Part 2 - 16int 10/5 (5 is for work)

L-sit - hanging on the dip station (only butt lifted)

 

Part 3 - Combo: Pick Sandbag -> 2 Jumps Forward -> Drop Sandbag -> Pick Sandbag -> 2 Jumps Back
