I improved with a jumprope a lot lately, so I decided to give this one another go! I plan to attack 10minute mark :)

 

Exercise: 1000x Jumprope highknees

time -  9:23!!!!! 

 

Only one tiny water break after 600th skip!!! So happy :)))
