8int 10/20 - Interval Skipping

20 Knee Raises on Dipstation

- was suppose to do this all 3 times, I did it 5 times, so I got 20 minutes of skipping and 100 Knee Raises!

 

 

+ my own addition:

3 rounds of following sequence:

5x One Leg Burpee L + 5x One Leg Burpee R + 5x Regular Burpee (all with pushups and jumpups)

15x Side Crunch L + 15x Side Crunch R + 15x Ab Chopper

 

+ also added 20 minutes of interval skipping 40int 10/20!
