Feeling strong enough today to do this :) Still a little soreness in my back thighs, but nothing brutal :)

 

Part 1

6int 10/50 1 2
1) Side Lunge Chop 12 11
2) Side Jump + Santana PushUp 6 5
3) Round Trip + Squat Jump 8 9

 

Part 2

8int 10/20 - Interval Skipping (highknees, didn't count reps) - tripping like crazy :D

 

Part 3

6int 10/50 1 2
1) Side Lunge Chop 14 11
2) Side Jump + Santana PushUp 5 5
3) Round Trip + Squat Jump 9 9

Used 4kg sandbag (8kg was too heavy, need to buy rice already!!!) :D
