50x Sandbag Squat + Leg Lift 

15x L + 15x R Scorpio Pushup (only did 6 + 1 proper, rest on knee)

30x Burpee Knee Raise (no pushup)

25x L + 25x R Hanging Leg Lifts (did sets of 5)  14 minutes in

50x Sandbag Clean + Lunge Back  20 minutes in

50x Plank Jump + Stretch  29 minutes in

50x Flying Jump Lunges   32 minutes in

50x Sandbag Squat + Leg Lift
